A 55-year-old man from Sinop, Brazil, is under investigation for allegedly sexually harassing a 15-year-old girl, who is a neighbor. The incident occurred on the night of November 11, when police responded to a report initiated by the Child Protective Services (Conselho Tutelar). Upon their arrival, the girl was accompanied by her mother, and it became evident that this was not an isolated incident, as she claimed similar events had occurred before.

The girl reported that the man had invited her and her siblings over for dinner, during which he inappropriately touched her, including grabbing her chest and attempting to put his hand under her clothing. Fortunately, she managed to escape the situation and ran away. In addition, her mother corroborated the account, informing officers that there had been previous instances of troubling behavior by the man toward her child.

The authorities are taking the allegations seriously, with the two children of the suspect placed under the care of Child Protective Services while the investigation continues.
