Brantford police faced an unusual situation as they ran out of paper tickets after charging 26 drivers for various traffic violations while trying to circumnavigate a collision on Highway 403. Among the drivers cited, 24 were ticketed for the serious offense of driving in the wrong direction on a one-way street, which carries a fine of $110 and three demerit points.
