In an incident in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a 4-year-old boy named Vipin found himself in a perilous situation when he entered a narrow mud tunnel to rescue some stranded puppies. Despite their valiant efforts using shovels to dig him out, the villagers were unable to free Vipin from the tunnel. After several hours of hard work, the fire brigade team, equipped with a bulldozer, managed to excavate the area and successfully rescue the boy from his precarious predicament.
