On Friday, emergency services were alerted to a situation involving a man trapped in a submerged vehicle in Indre Østfold, Norway. The man was found with the water level reaching his waist and was unable to escape the car on his own. Fortunately, a passerby, a woman, assessed the conditions and bravely entered the water to rescue the man, whose life may have been saved by her quick actions.
