The asking price for the historic properties has not been disclosed, indicating potential negotiation flexibility for interested buyers.

The architectural design of the buildings, located at Vīlandes street 1 and 3, is credited to the Baltic German architect Rūdolfs von Cirkwitz. Currently, the properties host office spaces alongside residential areas, showcasing a blend of functionality and historical significance. The total area of both buildings is approximately 7,227 square meters, with a significant occupancy rate of 98% from various tenants, highlighting the complex's desirability.

The building at Vīlandes street 1 is being offered with 100% ownership of both the building and the land, consisting of five floors and a basement, with a total area of 3,778 square meters. In contrast, the Vīlandes street 3 property includes 86% ownership, as four privately owned apartments are excluded from the sale. This building also spans five floors and a basement, offering a total area of 3,450 square meters, of which 3,076 square meters are designated for residential and office use.
