A recent police operation aimed at combating drug trafficking and other crimes took place in Três Marias, Brazil, and resulted in the arrest of five individuals along with the seizure of significant quantities of illegal substances and weaponry. The operation, named Saturação, targeted specific residences based on tips about drug sales. In one home in the Cohab neighborhood, police seized portions of marijuana, a replica firearm, and various materials linked to drug preparation, leading to the arrest of one man.

During the investigation, police also acted on a separate tip regarding a weapon potentially linked to a homicide. In the Novo Horizonte neighborhood, officers encountered three individuals who appeared anxious and attempted to evade police contact. At this location, authorities confiscated marijuana, crack, cocaine, cash, mobile phones, a card machine, and other items used for drug distribution. The three individuals were subsequently arrested, adding to the success of the operation.
