In the UEFA Conference League, regarded as the third most prestigious club competition, Polish teams have increasingly made a mark, with Lech Poznań reaching the quarter-finals in spring 2023, following similar successes by Legia Warsaw and Jagiellonia Białystok in previous seasons. This year, for the first time in history, the Polish Ekstraklasa introduced four representatives in the Conference League's main phase. However, while Legia failed to advance, Jagiellonia was eliminated after a challenging match against Fiorentina. As it stands, Lech and Raków Częstochowa are the two Polish teams left in the knockout stage.
