Ferrari was part of a stunt team performing acrobatic maneuvers when the accident occurred. After sustaining severe injuries during the performance, he was rushed to Hospital Marieta Konder Bornhausen, where he underwent surgery but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The necropsy revealed that the cause of death was acute hemorrhage from severe abdominal trauma, confirming the severity of the impact he suffered during the show.
