The incident occurred on the night of Sunday, October 8, in the Jurunas neighborhood, coinciding with the finals of the Paraense Championship between local football teams Remo and Paysandu. The victim, wearing a Paysandu shirt, was vigorously chased and then assaulted by the attackers.
The video footage shows the woman desperately attempting to flee but ultimately being cornered by the motorcyclists. One assailant knocked her down with a blow, while two others approached to continue the assault. During the altercation, one of the men reportedly stole an item from her, which appeared to be her mobile phone, before the group fled the scene. The assault took place near Avenida Bernardo Sayão, and local police have stated they are actively searching for the suspects involved in this crime.
Authorities have confirmed that the Civil Police are conducting a thorough investigation into the case. As of Thursday, October 12, they are still working to identify and apprehend the culprits responsible for the attack.
