Panathinaikos Football Club has received a hefty fine of €16,500 due to the misconduct of its supporters during an away match against Levadiakos on March 8. This decision was made by the sports judge as part of disciplinary actions following incidents that occurred during the 24th matchday of the league. The fine reflects the growing concern and responsibility clubs must take for the behavior of their fans, especially during away games where tensions can escalate.

In addition to Panathinaikos' fine, the same disciplinary body also imposed a smaller fine of €500 for an incident during the postponed match against OFI that took place earlier on March 4. These penalties highlight the issues surrounding crowd control and the need for clubs to maintain a positive and safe environment for all participants in the matches.

Moreover, other clubs also faced penalties, including Olympiakos, which received a €4,500 fine for its match against PAOK, AEK fined €3,500 for an encounter with AEL, Aris fined €2,500 for the game against Atromitos, and Panetolikos fined €1,000 against Kifisia.
