On Thursday, October 12, a tragic incident occurred at Sereia beach in Riacho Doce, located in the northern coastal region of Maceió, Brazil. A young man, identified as Michel Cassiano, aged 27, was found dead inside a Fiat Strada after being shot in the head. The discovery of the body prompted a swift response from the local police, with no suspects apprehended at the time of reporting.

The Alagoas Civil Police's Crime Scene Response Unit (UALC1/DHPP) has initiated a preliminary investigation into this homicide case. Led by Delegate Daniel Aquino, the team conducted initial investigative actions at the crime scene and began field inquiries to gather more information regarding the circumstances of the shooting.
