The incident involved two women, one born in 2006 and another in 1983, who were approached by the intoxicated man. Following the harassment, the situation escalated when the offender got into a physical altercation with another man born in 1972.

The police conducted a breathalyzer test on the harasser, revealing a high alcohol level of 2.81 promiles, indicating severe intoxication at the time of the incident. This level of blood alcohol concentration poses risks not only to his safety but also to the public and underscores the chaotic nature of the situation that unfolded in a public setting.
