The reconstruction of the Kleboniškis Bridge in Lithuania has entered its final phase, which is crucial for completing the second stage of the Islandijos Road renovation. According to Via Lietuva, the general contractor, this reconstruction is being conducted in stages to minimize disruption for traffic users, as the bridge complex is one of the most heavily trafficked infrastructure areas in the country. CEO Martynas Gedaminskas highlighted the importance of this final stage in ensuring a safer and more convenient transit for drivers.

As part of the reconstruction efforts, significant traffic changes will be implemented. Starting from Monday, the southern bridge will be completely closed, with traffic redirected to the middle bridge. These adjustments aim to facilitate the ongoing repair work without significantly impacting the flow of vehicles, although some inconvenience might be unavoidable during the transition. The authorities are committed to maintaining clear communication with road users regarding these changes to ensure safety and efficiency during the renovations.
