A drunken man in Kupiškis was arrested for threatening a woman’s life, prompting an investigation into the incident.
On March 11, a man in Kupiškis, Lithuania, was reported to have threatened a woman with death while under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred at around 14:20 at a residence on Aukštaičių Street, where the man, with a blood alcohol level of 2.85 promille, reportedly invoked threats against the life of a woman born in 1984. The severity of the threat and the circumstances in which it took place led local authorities to take immediate action.
Following the incident, the man, born in 1986, was apprehended by police from the Panevėžys County Police Department.
