The event is being organized by the wine bar Tanini Agapi Mou in collaboration with Isidoros and Virginia from Thalassinos Microwinery, marking a special evening dedicated to the discovery of Vidiano.

Thalassinos Microwinery hails from Heraklion, Crete, and is a project born out of passion and respect for the local environment. Isidoros and Virginia focus on minimal intervention in their winemaking process, adhering to zero waste and permaculture principles.
