Mark Wang, the proprietor of a neighboring establishment, YYC Botox, noted that the situation has deteriorated over the past year. He highlighted that the pharmacy has been providing opioid agonist therapy (OAT) for approximately four to five years, but the number of patients engaging with this service has surged recently, leading to heightened visibility of loitering and related issues.
