A Brazilian psychologist, Vitoria Figueiredo Barreto, has been missing for over a week during her visit to the UK, with police suspecting she may have taken a boat from a local boatyard in Essex. The last confirmed sighting of Ms Barreto was captured on CCTV just after midnight on March 4 in Brightlingsea, leading investigators to believe that she may have left the mooring site during the early hours of that day.
