On Wednesday afternoon, an incident occurred on the Athens-Piraeus Electric Railway line when unknown individuals threw stones at a moving train close to the Perissos station. This reckless act resulted in injuries to one of the passengers, who was struck by shards of glass after a window was broken due to the impact. According to a statement from the railway company STASY, the perpetrators were outside the railway facilities and aimed their stone at the train as it passed between the Ano Patissia and Perissos stations.
