Some Finnish high school students are stranded in the Middle East and may miss their graduation exams, prompting guidance from educational authorities.
A number of Finnish students who are registered for their upper secondary school graduation examinations are currently stuck in the Middle East due to the ongoing situation in the region. According to Tiina Tรคhkรค, the Secretary General of the Matriculation Examination Board, they do not have concrete information on how many students are affected but have received a handful of queries regarding the matter. The board is advising students to inform their schools about any obstacles as soon as possible, although requests to annul registration can also be made after the exam dates.
