Police conducts searches after a tip-off about the whereabouts of suspects who killed men trying to collect a debt in PR, but does not find them
Police in Paraná conducted searches in São Paulo for two suspects involved in the murder of four men who were trying to collect a debt, but they were not located.
The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) recently launched an operation in São Paulo following a tip-off regarding the potential whereabouts of Antonio Buscariollo and his son, Paulo Ricardo Costa Buscariollo, both of whom are wanted in connection with the murders of four men. The victims, Robishley Hirnani de Oliveira, Rafael Juliano Marascalchi, and Diego Henrique Afonso, had traveled from a city in the interior of São Paulo after being hired to collect a debt in Icaraíma, Paraná. Reports indicate that they fell into an ambush shortly after initiating the debt collection.
The Buscariollo father-son duo has been on the run since August 9, and law enforcement officials are working diligently to locate them. Despite the police efforts, including the recent searches in a fishery in Morro Agudo, São Paulo, the suspects remain at large. Their defense attorneys have expressed their belief in their clients' innocence, suggesting that the situation may be more complex than it appears.
The police are actively appealing to the public for any information that could assist in locating the fugitives. This incident highlights the dangerous nature of debt collection in the region and raises concerns about organized crime and violence in connection with financial disputes. As authorities continue their investigations, the community is being urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
