Ronja's application process was notably efficient and consisted of several steps. Initially, she submitted an open summer job application and answered three video interview questions, which caught the attention of potential employers. This was followed by an invitation to an interview, where she was offered the job. Ronja reported that the entire application timeline was completed within a couple of weeks, allowing her to secure a position at Citymarket, a well-known retail chain in Finland.
