Ronja Luostarinen, a 28-year-old student of sports coaching, shared her experience of securing a summer job amidst thousands of applicants. Despite her previous struggles in the job application process, this time Ronja felt optimistic and was well-prepared, leading to successful job offers from two out of four applications she submitted.

Ronja's application process was notably efficient and consisted of several steps. Initially, she submitted an open summer job application and answered three video interview questions, which caught the attention of potential employers. This was followed by an invitation to an interview, where she was offered the job. Ronja reported that the entire application timeline was completed within a couple of weeks, allowing her to secure a position at Citymarket, a well-known retail chain in Finland.

Reflecting on her journey, Ronja emphasized the importance of a positive attitude and preparation in the job search process. She received positive feedback during her interviews, particularly for her approach and enthusiasm, suggesting that these attributes played a crucial role in her successful placement.
