Simultaneously, Kharkiv faced similar attacks, specifically targeting the Industrialnyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts, resulting in around ten injuries, one of whom was a teenage girl. The consistent and targeted nature of these attacks points to the persistent threat posed by Russia's military actions in Ukraine, as cities like Dnipro and Kharkiv, despite being away from the front lines, bear considerable risks. This surge in violence raises concerns about the safety of civilians and introduces further challenges in delivering humanitarian aid requirements in the conflict-affected regions.
