Wederson, hailing from a modest background as the son of a bricklayer and a housewife, has recently achieved admission to the medical program at UFDPar after an intense period of study. Living in Brasileira, around 180 kilometers from Teresina, he attended public schools throughout his education and completed high school in a full-time program. His determination was fueled by the daily sacrifices of his parents, who despite their limited educational backgrounds, always encouraged him to strive for more.
