Jessika Chagnon Gailloux, a 35-year-old mother from Saint-Lin–Laurentides, Quebec, journeyed to Turkey for cosmetic surgery and died shortly after undergoing procedures for breast and abdominal tightening. Despite initial reports suggesting the surgeries went smoothly without complications, her condition deteriorated, leading to her death on Saturday.
