Police arrest three and apprehend a teenager suspected of raping 13-year-old girls in Rio

Three adults have been arrested and a teenager apprehended in connection with the rape of two 13-year-old girls in Valença, Brazil.

On Sunday, three adults were caught in the act and a teenage suspect was apprehended in Valença, located in the southern part of Rio de Janeiro state, on charges related to the rape of two 13-year-old girls. The Civil Police are currently searching for a fifth man rumored to be involved in this heinous crime.
