Her mother, in a state of panic, called for assistance from the Urgent Mobile Care Service (Samu). Responding to the emergency, technician Ezequiel Pedrosa, who also has locksmith skills, quickly coordinated with his team to gather the necessary tools to unlock the vehicle and safely open the door for the trapped child.

According to Ezequiel, the entire Samu team rallied together quickly after the mother explained the situation. Ezequiel had to leave their base to retrieve the tools, which took approximately five minutes. Upon returning, he was able to quickly unlock the car and rescue the frightened child without any harm done.
