In a recent incident on Marathonos Avenue, a 25-year-old motorcyclist was arrested by traffic police after being detected speeding at 151 km/h, significantly exceeding the speed limit of 60 km/h. This extreme violation raises safety concerns as the motorcyclist posed a danger to other road users.

The arrest was initiated by the officers from the Northeast Attica Traffic Department, who employed radar technology to monitor speed on the road. The excessive speed of 91 km/h above the legal limit was noted as particularly alarming, highlighting issues of reckless driving behavior on public roadways.
