In a shocking incident in Moscow, a 14-year-old named Ilja Osipov was arrested for allegedly attempting to murder two senior engineers associated with the development of Russia's hypersonic missile 'Oreshnik'. The teenager is suspected of attacking 70-year-olds Vladimir Simakov and Aleksandras Lobincovas, both of whom have extensive experience in creating semiconductor lasers and components for Russian military equipment. Alongside him, 18-year-old Filipp Karapetian filmed the assault while Osipov wielded a knife.
