A total of 14 individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old man, which occurred during a community dispute during the Holi festival. The incident reportedly began when a 9-year-old girl from one family accidentally threw a water balloon from a roof, prompting a serious altercation between the two communities involved. Following the murder, significant unrest ensued, marked by protests from Hindu groups and subsequent violent actions such as vandalism and arson in the neighborhood. Despite the heavy police presence aiming to stabilize the situation, tensions in the area remained heightened.
