A fire that broke out at a vape shop on Union Street close to Glasgow Central station has resulted in serious disruptions to train services, prompting the cancellation of dozens of trains on Sunday evening. National Rail has announced that the station will be closed until further notice as emergency crews continue to fight the blaze, which lasted for more than five hours, leading to significant inconvenience for travelers at Scotland's busiest rail station.

Passengers have been advised that no trains will operate to or from the high-level platforms, and those trains using the low-level platforms will skip Glasgow Central.
