Finnish workplace well-being has slightly declined, with a significant number of workers feeling uncertain about their job futures, particularly among one vulnerable group.
Recent findings from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health's 'How is Finland Doing?' survey reveal a worrying decline in the well-being of Finnish workers, with burnout symptoms reaching their highest levels in years. The data indicates a slight deterioration in work capacity, coupled with increasing uncertainty regarding the future of work. Notably, 40 percent of working-age respondents express concerns about their future job prospects, and 45 percent feel unable to predict changes in their work responsibilities.
