To commemorate International Women's Day, the 'Centrs Marta' association will host a Women’s Solidarity March today in Riga. The event is set to commence at 11:30 AM near the Freedom Monument with speeches from activists and will conclude at Jacob's Square by noon. This gathering is designed to raise awareness about gender equality and the importance of women's safety in society.

This year marks the eighth occurrence of the Women’s Solidarity March, led by Beata Jonite, the head of the advocacy department at 'Centrs Marta'.
