The Senate is revising the provisions of the network law and easing its regulations

The Polish Senate has approved amendments to the Energy Law, known as the network law, which ease certain regulations for small and medium-sized renewable energy developers.

On March 4, the Polish Senate approved amendments to the Energy Law, commonly referred to as the network law. This legislative move introduced 25 amendments aimed at addressing concerns from small and medium-sized renewable energy (OZE) developers. These changes are designed to modify financial security requirements for developers, as well as altering timelines for projects that have already received connection conditions.
