Emergency services have responded to reports of smoke developing at Tøyen Metro Station, prompting Ruter to suspend all metro services. Operations leader Anders Aas stated that firefighters are on-site conducting investigations into the source of the smoke. Reports indicate that smoke is situated in the tunnel heading towards Carl Berner, aligning with wind patterns suggesting this could be the origin of the smoke from Tøyen. Fortunately, police have confirmed that there are no open flames and no injuries reported among the individuals present at the station.
