On the night of Friday, November 6, the Military Police of Minas Gerais successfully intercepted a vehicle used for a kidnapping that commenced in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The operation took place at a gas station along BR-040, near Ribeirão das Neves, in the Greater Belo Horizonte area. Officers from the Specialized Recovery Group (GER) managed to locate and stop the car, discovering the hostages confined in the trunk during the vehicle's apprehension.
