Hameed Ajibade, known for his journey from the workshop to the film set, began his career as an auto mechanic after completing secondary education. Although he did not pursue higher education, he developed a keen interest in photography, capturing the transformations of his customers' tricycles. This burgeoning passion ignited encouragement from others to consider a professional career in photography.
His big break came around 2018/2019 when he attended a music video shoot, which introduced him to influential figures in the industry, particularly his mentor, Mr. Cardoso. With guidance from his mentor, Ajibade made the pivotal decision to leave behind his mechanical work and delve into the world of filmmaking, marking the start of his professional journey in this new artistic field.
Despite his success, Ajibade has faced various challenges in his filmmaking career, indicative of the competitive nature of the industry.
