Owner of Raia and Drogasil networks records revenue of R$ 47.6 billion in 2025

RD Saúde, the parent company of pharmacy chains Raia and Drogasil, announced a significant gross revenue of R$ 47.6 billion for the year 2025, representing a 13.9% growth from the previous year. The company operates 3,547 pharmacies across Brazil and boasts a customer base of 52 million active clients, capturing a 19.5% market share across all regions within the country.
The revenue figures are set to be officially released on Saturday, which coincides with the "Notáveis" event at the Anhembi Convention Center in São Paulo, where 8,000 employees are expected to attend. In a notable expansion during the year, RD Saúde opened 330 new pharmacy locations, and the company observed a remarkable 59% growth in sales through digital channels from 2024, with 97% of digital orders being fulfilled within 60 minutes.
Additionally, the company reported that 84 million customers are located within a 1.5-kilometer radius of its pharmacies, demonstrating its extensive reach. Furthermore, on the previous Tuesday, RD Saúde disclosed the sale of its controlling stake in 4Bio Medicamentos to Profarma for R$ 600 million, highlighting the company's strategic moves in the institutional market segment, where 4Bio specializes in sales and marketing activities.
