The Calçadão, located in the heart of Londrina's historic center, is a cultural and urban symbol for the city, originating from a revitalization project by architect Jaime Lerner in the 1970s. Inspired by the distinct paving design of the Calçadão, a new urban planning project aims to define the identity of the emerging vertical neighborhood of Nova Prochet. Led by the landscape architect Ivan Pona, the project, initiated by Vectra, a pioneer in vertical developments in the area, is designed to harness the neighborhood's potential for urban growth.
