Aegean Airlines has announced additional flight cancellations to and from airports in Israel, Lebanon, Iraq, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia due to ongoing developments in the Middle East.

Aegean Airlines has confirmed that it will be implementing further cancellations of flights to and from various countries in the Middle East due to the continuing volatility in the region. This decision comes in light of the current geopolitical climate, which has raised safety concerns for travelers. Affected countries include Israel, Lebanon, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

Among the specific cancellations announced, flights to and from Riyadh have been halted until the early hours of March 14, 2026, while flights to and from Dubai have been canceled until the evening of March 19, 2026. Additionally, flights to and from Tel Aviv will remain suspended until the early morning hours of March 20, 2026. Other routes, including those to Beirut, Erbil, and Baghdad, have seen cancellations lasting until the early morning hours of March 25, 2026.

These cancellations highlight the impact of ongoing conflicts and tensions in the Middle East on international air travel and signal a cautious approach by airlines responding to rapidly changing conditions. Passengers with existing bookings are advised to check for updates and alternatives as the situation evolves, underlining the broader implications of regional instability on travel and tourism.
