The popular comedy series 'Lajna,' created by writer Petr Kolečko, is making the jump to the big screen with a feature film titled 'Lajna - Finally a movie!' starring Jiří Langmajer as the hockey coach Luboš Hrouzek. Filming is scheduled to commence in May, and the film is set to premiere in cinemas on December 31. This film follows three successful seasons of the series and promises to bring new elements to the story while retaining the essence that fans loved. Director Vladimír Skórka, who also helmed the television series, shared insights on how the film will differ from its television counterpart. He emphasizes that the narrative will feature a more structured beginning, middle, and end, and that filming techniques will change to accommodate the cinematic format.
