Embraer's profit falls 20% in Q4, but the manufacturer records revenue increase
Embraer reported a 20.37% decline in adjusted net income for Q4 2025, while revenue growth reached 4% in the same period.
Embraer announced that it recorded an adjusted net income of R$ 832 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, representing a significant 20.37% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. This decline in profit highlights the challenges the Brazilian aviation manufacturer has faced during the quarter, possibly attributed to increased costs or broader economic conditions that have negatively impacted the industry. Despite the profit slump, the company saw its revenues reach R$ 14.3 billion in the fourth quarter, indicating a solid growth rate of approximately 4% when compared to the last three months of 2024. This growth in revenue may reflect successful sales strategies or increased demand for its aircraft models.
For the entirety of 2025, Embraer achieved record revenue of R$ 41.9 billion, reinforcing its status in the aviation market. The adjusted Ebitda for the last quarter came in at R$ 1.61 billion, which is a decline of 17.20% year-over-year, illustrating that despite rising revenues, profit margins might be tightening. Throughout 2025, the company delivered 244 aircraft across commercial, executive, and defense sectors, marking an 18% increase from the previous year. The delivery of 91 aircraft in Q4 alone shows the company's commitment to fulfilling orders despite facing financial headwinds in profit margins.
