Illegal use of Anm in the Court of Cassation. 'Now the Anticorruption Authority must intervene'

The lawyer Romolo Reboa calls for intervention from the Anticorruption Authority after revealing that Anm lacks legal authorization to occupy part of the Palazzaccio building in Rome.

Lawyer Romolo Reboa, leading one of the many Committees for Yes, has flagged significant irregularities regarding the Anm's usage of the sixth floor of the Palazzaccio building, as there appears to be no legal contract supporting their occupation. Despite ongoing issues, including conversations with the head of Anm about the problem, no progress has been made. The director of Demanio Roma Capitale, responsible for the site, has remained unresponsive concerning legal occupancy. This situation, perceived as an instance of 'abusivismo' (unauthorized use), has been acknowledged by Anm's leader Cesare Parodi, suggesting its duration goes back to at least 2005.
