Students from the Czech Technical University (ČVUT) have recently developed a smart bee scale designed to assist beekeepers in determining the ideal time for honey harvesting. This innovative device utilizes various environmental inputs and measurements from the hive to provide accurate data on the condition of the bees and the readiness of the honey for extraction. The technology aims to enhance efficiency in honey production while ensuring the welfare of the bee population.
