Lamda Development: Expected revenues of 2.08 billion from Hellinikon

Lamda Development has projected that total cash receipts from residential and land sales at the Hellinikon project are expected to reach 2.08 billion euros by the end of 2026. This estimate was presented by the company's management during a briefing with analysts concerning the 2025 fiscal results. As of February 2026, total revenues had already reached 1.53 billion euros, indicating that an additional 0.55 billion euros is expected during the remainder of that year.

Additionally, investments in the Hellinikon project are anticipated to total 1.64 billion euros by the end of 2026, up from approximately 1.07 billion euros that have already been invested as of February 2023. This significant increase in investment highlights the company's commitment to the development of the project, which aims to transform the site into a major urban development, boosting the regional economy.

In the residential sector, Lamda Development estimates that Phase I of the project will yield a total gross profit of around 479 million euros, with an average selling price for residences around 10,600 euros per square meter. Profit margins for some developments are expected to reach as high as 43%, indicating a profitable opportunity for both the company and potential investors in the housing market within this new urban landscape.
