The individual, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, engaged in dramatic antics and made threats, attracting a crowd that eventually alerted the police. The situation escalated as witnesses claimed the young man threatened to jump, leading to significant anxiety among onlookers.

Local residents attempted to deescalate the situation, negotiating with the young man to come down safely. After some convincing, he agreed to descend and fled the scene before the police arrived.
