The CSG Group has announced its acquisition of a 49% stake in 4iG Space & Defence Technologies, enabling it to indirectly hold a 37% stake in Rába Automotive Holding Plc., further solidifying its position in the Hungarian defense sector. The move highlights CSG's ambition to establish itself as a significant player in the defense industry of Hungary. CEO Michal Strnad emphasized the company's growth trajectory and production capabilities, underscoring its commitment to enhance strategic partnerships in the region.
CSG's strategy focuses on leveraging its rapid growth and strong manufacturing capacity to engage with critical sectors like land systems and munitions as well as complex platforms.
