Officials from the Ugandan government and the World Bank have issued a call for more private suppliers to become involved in the fuelwood supply chain associated with the Kyangwali Refugee Settlement. This initiative is part of the Investing in Forests and Protected Areas for Climate-Smart Development (IFPA-CD) Project, which aims to support refugees while promoting climate-smart practices. They emphasized that fostering an increased number of suppliers is essential to achieve the necessary distribution targets.
