It highlighted that while Round Table Pizza maintains a solid average rating of 4.00, it receives 71 complaints regarding price for every 1,000 reviews, indicating a significant concern among customers about the perceived value of their offerings.

The methodology of the study involved advanced AI technologies, particularly natural language processing (NLP), to assess the language used in reviews concerning price. In addition to complaint frequency, customer satisfaction ratings were also taken into account.
