Ziad Al-Ayash was born in 1987 in the rural area of Hasakah, specifically in the agricultural village of Arjah. After completing his initial education, he attended the oil institute in Rmeilan before studying at the Lebanese University of Ouzai where he earned a degree in a relevant field. His academic and professional journey reflects a significant commitment to serving in positions that impact the governance and administrative mechanisms within northeastern Syria, particularly in areas previously managed by the SDF.
