Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported an incursion of at least two Iranian drones into its territory during midday attacks. The drones crossed the border into Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan exclave, which borders Iran and is separated from mainland Azerbaijan due to Armenia's territory. One of the drones struck the terminal building of the Nakhchivan airport, and the other crashed near a school in the village of Shekerabad, injuring two civilians and causing damage to the airport.
